The Mountain Fleece Dimity 'Persicaria affinis' a Blooms of Bressingham plant is a wonderful variety in the Persicaria family. The superb green leaves turn red bronze in the fall and the pink flower spikes appear from summer into autumn. `Dimity' has a plant height of 6" and a spread of 18-23". The foliage forms a shiny carpet that should not be missed. `Dimity' should be planted in a full sun area but can tolerate some afternoon shade. `Dimity' will look great in any perennial garden in mixed container woodland edge or near ponds and streams. |
